Tradepally is structured in a Modules for User and Modules for Business for User form.
This means that there are modules you can access once you register as a User, eg: Cashflow Manager, Simple D&C e.t.c, and there are others you can only access through a Business profile associated with your user account either as owner or employee, eg: Commodity Trade, Agent Banking e.t.c.
Both User and Business profiles are completely free to create and set up. But a User profile is required to create a Business profile(s).
Most of the modules are optional by default, for both User and Business profiles. So, you get to turn whichever modules on/off as you wish, in the respective User and Business profile settings page.
Once a Business profile is created, you can start adding OUTLETS (like Shops) which are the actual bookkeeping interfaces for different types of business transactions
A User can have multiple Business profiles and a Business profile can have different types and/or multiples of same type of outlets, and be able switch between them with just a button click.
